Goals for Growth: Empowering Young Minds for a Brighter Future

At Goals for GrowthOur goal is to collaborate with KS3 students (Years 7, 8, and 9) to help tackle behavioural problems & help with school expectations to smoothly prepare them for their qualifications in Years 10 and 11. Through a holistic approach to mentoring and personalized support, older students can serve as inspiring role models, guiding their younger counterparts and nurturing a vibrant sense of community within area.

Our initiative is looking to bridge the gap to young people who might feel alienated, including:
✅ Persistent Absentees (EBSA/PA's)—Establishing environments where students are appreciated and connected.
✅ Virtual Schools for Looked After Children (CLA)—Promoting social engagement for those who find traditional academic settings challenging.
✅ Inclusion Teams & EHE (Elective Home Educated Students)—Equipping students and their families with essential resources for academic achievement.
✅ Students at Risk of Permanent Exclusion—Delivering interventions that provide guidance and the chance to reflect.
✅ Social Services Collaboration—Partnering with Early Help, Child in Need, and Child Protection teams to guarantee every young individual receives appropriate support.
✅ Year 7 Transition Programme—Assisting children who faced difficulties in Year 6 as they transition to secondary education with confidence.

At Goals for Growth, We aim to build a sense of belonging, resilience, and ambition. No student should ever feel overlooked. Together, we can create an environment where every young person has the chance to thrive.
